Shipping Updates

Please note that some carrier services may experience unexpected delays or slight delays in providing tracking details. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

For items in stock: It typically takes 1-5 days to process your order after it is placed.

While we make every effort to deliver your package on time, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, and other factors. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

Restrictions

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes specific details such as street number or building number when applicable. Certain addresses may be subject to restrictions:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
• P.O. Box addresses are only supported within the United States.
• Shipping to non-continental Europe (typically islands and territories) may not be available.

Failed Delivery Situations

GRAZIA VIRA is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence. This includes:

• Deliberately refusing to accept a package.
• Providing incorrect delivery details (e.g., address, contact number, consignee's name) that prevent our shipping courier from reaching you.

In such cases, we are unable to process a refund. If you identify any errors in your order information, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct details before the order is shipped.

Customs Duties

Shipments are generally delivered with duties and taxes paid for most countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, HK, New Zealand, and others.

In some exception countries, duties and taxes may be unpaid. If your country is on this exception list, import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged when the parcel reaches its destination.

In such cases, customers are responsible for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that, in accordance with customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Document Request from Shipping Carrier

For international shipments, different countries have specific customs clearance rules. You may be required to provide DHL (or another carrier) with the necessary documents to clear customs.

Please ensure that you submit any requested documents promptly. Failure to do so may result in your package being discarded without a refund.

It is important to adhere to your country's customs regulations. GRAZIA VIRA cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from customer negligence in this regard.
