ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

For U.S. orders, Standard Shipping takes 10-15 business days, while Premium Shipping arrives in 5-10 business days. International orders typically take 10-15 business days.

When will my order be dispatched?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days.

Where is my order?

You can track your package by clicking the ‘Track My Order’ button. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days, especially during busy periods. If there's an unexpected delay or tracking issues, contact us at support@graziavira.com, and we’ll assist you.

Do I have to pay custom charges on my order?

Customers in the U.S., UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and Saudi Arabia do not have to pay customs fees. If you're ordering from another country, customs fees may apply—check with your local customs office if unsure.

I want to cancel/change my order.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@graziavira.com.

Faulty or incorrect items.

We’re sorry if you received a wrong or defective item. Please reach out to us, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible. Do not send the item back before contacting us.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

How can I return my item?

Returning an item is easy. Just email us at support@graziavira.com, and we’ll provide the return instructions and address.

How will I get my refund?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Are there any rules for returning an item?

Yes, please note the following: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your item is shipped back, provide us with the tracking link so we can process your refund.

How much does my return cost?

You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Is GRAZIA VIRA sustainable?

We focus on low-waste production and do not mass-produce. Our collections are made in limited quantities to reduce excess stock, and we use recyclable packaging, from our hang tags to our boxes.

Do you restock items that are out of stock?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited edition and won’t be available again. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to stay updated.
